The DataShed Introduction course is designed for DataShed users so that they can use DataShed to view and export data. At the completion of this course participants will be able to open tables in various views, filter data and export data selections. There will also be an overview of using DataShed as part of a Data Management System. To extend user skills, the functionality available to a User Plus is taught. Included is importing, de-survey module, intercept calculator.
The database used in this training is an SQL database which is used locally on the training computers. All skills and features shown in this course are also applicable to Access or Oracle databases linked to DataShed.
