The Agreements Module lets your company store, monitor and keep control of agreement information. 

The module includes:

• Reminder system for actions and tasks to be completed under each agreement.
• Easy storage and recovery of agreement terms.
• Direct access to documents from within LeaseControl.
• Tracking of financial dealings under the agreements, both past and future.
• Linking agreements to leases, as well as to other agreements.
• Simple data querying and report output.
• Flexibility to incorporate additional data not directly related to leases.

Configurable Actions
Agreement actions can be configured enabling LeaseControl to mirror individual company’s business processes - rather than business processes conforming to LeaseControl.  Full control of parameters associated with each action means:

• Actions can be defined and connected using workflow principles
• Actions can be configured for legal and agreement specific requirements.
• User configurable to allow for company specific business rules.
